MY MISSION:
It is my profound belief that the ability to communicate and act upon our thoughts and feelings underlies, permeates, and regulates all human interaction. My mission is to convey that belief in the context of the workplace, based upon my own experience and training and my knowledge of the skills of others. My intent is to entertain, and thereby to captivate, inspire, and motivate.
But my deeper intent is to leave my audience with an increased awareness of the hows, whys, and whats of communication skills they can directly and measurably translate to improved workplace relationships, efficiency, and effectiveness. Successfully applied, this experience at the same time leads to increased personal growth, enhanced self esteem, and improved ability to understand and work with people in life situations beyond the workplace. Everyone wins in this equation--and such is my mission.
